I just had a thought about this guy. Despite the fact that he spent several years at the club, played some incredible games and won a B&F, at the end of his career would anyone even remember him as an Adelaide player? And this includes not just us but the AFL community in general.

It almost seems as if his time as a Crow has already been long forgotten, like he was a born and bred Geelong player from the start who will finish as a Geelong legend with Adelaide being nothing more than a mere insignificant footnote in his career ("Oh, if memory serves, I believe he played some games for Adelaide ... ")

It's a bit strange when you think about it. I've never felt this way about any other ex-player.

Odd - as he could very well end up playing more games for the Crows than the Cats. Probably still likely Cats, but its not out of the question if he gets injuries.
