A friend of a friend knows this kid and his family. I was just interested if anyone had some detailed info him. I can't seem to find much.

I know he trained with the Power last year, he has kicked a few big bags, he played for S.A. this year and he is now out for the season.

Why hasn't he been drafted yet? Is he too slow? What are his chances of being picked up?

If anyone could help I would appreciate hearing your thoughts.

Dont know much about him but I think when there was all that talk after he kicked that big bag was that he was probably a bit short to play a key position in the AFL but since he didnt get drafted last year I think his chances would be slim this year

Any chance that he would be worth a cheap pick late in the draft (or rookie) to be used as the 3rd or 4th forward?

Sounds like he can take a mark and kick pretty straight so the only thing I can think of is he is not too mobile?

Would be nice to see him kick 13 (and was that straight?) for the Crows. Although, its almost as good seeing him do it for the Dogs. We decimated Norwood that day.

He's not an AFL player, hasn't done a lot apart from kick 13 and maybe one other bag.

No, players like him are the reason we have been able to have our dynasty the last decade.

Not quite up to AFL level, but above average SANFL players. Then the ones like Thommo, Ware etc that do get picked up come back if it doesnt work out
