Unless their attitude affects their training or effort it should never EVER get in the way of deciding on the worth of a player. I don't think Nicholls can be accused of this, sure enough he's probably not good enough, but that's the only reason he will be delisted.

Hypothetical: You wouldn't get rid of say a middle of the road player like say R.Shaw just because he walks around like he's the best footballer ever. If that was part of my decision making I'd get rid of Heath Shaw because I hate that wanky haircut he has that seems to be the style with you young unkempt youngsters.

You are being a hyprocrite by saying it's ok if a top class player is a w***er. You can go around saying he's a w***er all you like (as long as it's not stupid slanderous rumours) but don't go saying he should be delisted because of it.

Disagree strongly. Attitude reflects character and poor character rarely co-exists with a great player - see Bucks. They can also cause disruption and controversy within clubs and can materially effect performance - see Tarrant, Cousins, Kerr etc.

I'm not saying young Dan is anything like that, but he does need a wakeup call before he becomes he gets to that stage. And he can only kick with one foot - he turns himself inside out trying to get on his preferred side.

Fair call, but he hasn't done enough to earn a promotion IMO.

Nothing actually. I have just observed him at reasonably close quarters half a dozen times now, and every time he has appeared to be an unjustifiably arrogant tool. I just don't like the way he carries himself.
