If we can't have Sheeds for the future then I would pick this guy to be our coach. Handled the week so well and can coach. Is a class act. Would you want him as coach?

Neils bug downside is his match day coaching. Don't want that at Essendon
I'm much the same as you... For the past couple of weeks, when the heat was on Neale I thought that he'd be the ideal replacement for Sheedy when the time comes... I know that I am a newbie and people may have a shot at me or whatever, but as Sheedy has said he is a damn good coach, 6 years in finals out of 10, 1 Grand Final appearance, all with Melbourne, who don't really have the same amount of backing as Essendon in my opinion.
He is a class act, nearly 50% win/loss record, and he is pretty much in the same mould as Sheedy, a little eccentric, funny man, who I believe would suit the position that would be left by Sheeds. Granted his final year hasn't been his best, and the smashing Melbourne received from Richmond the other week wasn't good, but this guy can coach... As you saw last night his players wanted to play for him, and it looked as if many of them were really sad that they couldn't give him the send off that he deserved... If he deserved a send off at all.
How many people would do what Neitz did for Daniher, play with two fairly obvious injuries to try and get the Demons across the line one last time... Neitz knee injury mightn't be bad, but some commentators thought that he might be out the rest of the season, who knows if this is true... but to me that shows that Daniher had/still has the respect of his players and to me that says a lot in my book about what sort of a coach and person Neale Daniher is...
When Sheedy is replaced, I believe that this is the man to do it... When that is I guess time will tell...
Your an absolute moron. First hes a class act, next "if he deserved a send off at all".
pack it up and go home champ. your an idiot.
