The Netflix guy on the live chat told me that it's launching at 12:01am on the 10th of April for each region, but I've read things on Australian websites stating it won't be until 6pm eastern time that the east coast of Australia gets Daredevil.

the reference at the end to ironman and thor in the trailer is what Marvel do so well intergrating all their universes and what DC have completely ****ed up banning TV shows from using movies characters and themes etc

No but my point is a dc tv show wouldn't even be able to mention batman in case it made people not go to see the batman movie

Up on Netflix now. Watched the first couple of episodes, off to a pretty decent start. Don't have the TV restrictions for action scenes which is definitely noticeable.
