Just wanted to say a BIG congratulation to the skipper.

200 wonderful games and a fantasic leader!

Champion. 200 games.

Captain
Premiership player
Dual B&F winner
Dual All Australian

Could very well of knocked off Macintosh as the clubs best FB.

All the best for the weekend glassy. Hopefully the boys can pull through and get an upset victory for you. Here's hoping on a great season for you and maybe 1 more too.

Didn't set the world on fire to begin with but developed into one of the best fullbacks of the last decade. Excellent lockdown defender who was taught by one of the best fullbacks of the 90's in McIntosh.

Hopefully the baton passes just as successfully to McKenzie.

Sadly I think our record in milestone matches isn't too flash but maybe the boys can still pull a win out for Glassy.

absolute champion for us he has been.

seemed nearly impossible that he was going to make it after his first few seasons at the club. a real testament to hard work!!!

One of the strongest guys in the comp when he was at his physical peak.

an outstanding player.

Could very well of knocked off Macintosh as the clubs best FB.

yeah, i reckon glassy has got him.... but **** mcintosh was pretty good though. huge kick.

a pretty handy set of backmen we've been able to acquire over our short history - jakovich, mckenna, worsfold, waterman, wirrpanda, hart, hunter....

lets hope some of the current crop will finish their careers and be compared favourably with those names. pretty confident on mckenzie, hurn and waters!!

All the best Glassy and thanks for giving all those forwards bad memories.
Been a wonderful servant and leader of the club.

Not as explosive or good as he used to be, but still an absolute class act :thumbsu:
One of the champions of our club, great achievement on 200. Glad we got him a premiership so when he retires, he can retire happy knowing he's fulfilled everything. AA, Premiership Captain, Best and Fairest winner.

Lets hope the boys give a good crack at winning for Glass's sake.

I'll be ****ing stoked if he gets to be a premiership captain

He's got another year in him at least. If you said that last year I would have agreed this would have been his last but he's moving a lot better.

Absolute champ.

I remember in the years we were great, and I was thinking about the next match, I would just eliminate one of the opposing team's forwards. Like, I wouldn't even consider them a threat.

In his early days I must say I thought he was never going to make it - I thought too skinny to play on the Gorilla Full Forwards and his kicking would never be good enough.

Sh*t how wrong I was. Glassy has been a fantastic FB (our 2nd best ever IMO), seemingly great club man and top bloke too. I dont think we could have won in 06 without him and he has been a massive reason as to why we were so successful 05/06.

And he has improved his kicking and with his great decision making and the fact he goes short more often than not, it hasnt been an issue for years.

Well done Glassy, hopefully the boys can have a win for him!
