David retires tomorrow after 30 year. That's an impressive run. But I hear so many people dis on the guy.
Your thoughts on him? Was he a genius who turned a near bankrupt league into one of the biggest leagues in the world, or was it mainly driven by luck. The start of the cable era, Michael Jordan factor etc.
He took the game from an American dominated sport to thriving internationally.
