What a perthetic basketballer. Seriously this dude has to be the most over-rated player going around today. Ive sat back closely and watched him play, and shouldnt even be considered an NBA player. He probably plays a good game every once in a blue moon, but thats about it. David Wesley shoots at well under .500 percent, probably close to .400 %. He constantly gets the ball stolen from him, and is always missing with the commentators saying "Wesley again, oohhh just missed" when he hit the outside of the ring and didnt even fall inside the ring at any stage.

I just want to know all your thoughts on David Wesley and what you guys think of him, because he does nothing for me.

Gee settle down mate.

No one has said David Wesley is a superstar but he is more then servicable.

He drops 14 ppg, not bad for a player of his stature.

He doesn't do much else but he is only a role player, he is the foil for Baron Davis and he plays that role perfectly.

He doesn't get the ball stolen off him all the time, only averages 1.76 TO per game, hardly high considering he plays almost 40 minutes a game.

As for his FG%, yeah it is bad, but he still gets the job done.

He's averaged 12.8ppg over 620 games, not bad for a dude that was never even drafted.

Well ill go the complete opposite....i remember a time this season when Charlotte were struggling, Wesley came back from injury and suddenly the team started winning. Wesley is pretty important to the Hornets, he is a seasoned veteran, takes care of the ball and can score.

He's no star but a solid guard who will help no end in the playoffs.
