Davis Cup Competition

I have an idea to set up a Davis Cup competition league type of thing where we have 16 countries in four groups having a round robin and then progressing to the next round with the top two team from each group progressing. Until we have a final. All you have to do is name two singles players and two doubles players. You may like to name a reserve as well.

Then, once we're ready to start, we may even have a few practice matches soon even tonight if I can get two teams.

You just send in 200 points divded into five sets for each match and that is how I will work out the score.

The score difference:

100+ = 6-0
60-99 = 6-1
40-59 = 6-2
20-39 = 6-3
15-19 = 6-4
10-14 = 7-5
8-9 = 7-6 (0)
6-7 = 7-6 (1)
5 = 7-6 (2)
4 = 7-6 (3)
3 = 7-6 (4)
2 = 7-6 (5)
1 = 7-6 (6)
0 = 7-6 (8) - Coin Toss

Example:

Roger Federer vs Lleyton Hewitt

Federer sends in:
Set 1: 25
Set 2: 40
Set 3: 60
Set 4: 50
Set 5: 25

Hewitt sends in:
Set 1: 40
Set 2: 30
Set 3: 35
Set 4: 45
Set 5: 50

That means Federer would win 4-6 7-5 6-3 7-6 (2).
