I would daresay its fairly significant, as the charge itself isn't mucking around. You don't ping someone with Sexual Assault purely on a whim.

Club just put up a press release---without reading too much into it--they seem quite confident and are aware of this from 2015---cleared in 2018.
No suspension from the football program seems to suggest they are confident of any wrongdoing.
