With the season winding down toward the business end i cant help feel a sence of De Ja Vu. As in previous seasons we have Irrawarra as the seasons strongest side and lorne making their trademark last push with players returning and what not. Will these 2 sides be the 2 that fight it out for the flag? I also think that it is extremely plausible that lorne can do as they have done in the last 2 years?

Cheers B-HAWK

Sorry mate but Lorne were unbeaten in 2006 heading into the finals, hence they were the strongest team that year.

Well MATE, what i was trying to say is that in my opinion this years lead up to the finals series will be very similar to the corresponding build ups of the previous 2 finals series

He quite possibly might have said that but said Warra were the stongest team of the season, which in my opinion weren't. Hence Lorne winning all home and away and the Granny.

Lorn have definately set themselves up to be a top 2 finisher, it will depend on the form of Alvie and Birre in finals to see how it pans out
