I didn't, I read the review and watched Game Informer's 'Test Chamber' on it. Still a pass.

It's a shame the gameplay is so average, because the premise was okay from what I have seen.

I really hope popularity isn't based around that attention whore...

On a more serious note I wanted to buy the game but hard to justify $64 for a game which would probably be beaten in a day. Huge fan of deadpool but always hard to justify these type of games especially when they review poorly.
 
Watched the GiantBomb Quick Look and while I don't mind the humour as immature and dick jokey as it is. The game just looks bland, boring and repetitive.



High Moon seem to have lost whatever made them great when they brought out the first Transformers game, maybe it's because they keep getting licenses that mean they can't really do what they want. But at the same time it doesn't mean they can't make a game that's not super repetitive like this.

Could maybe see myself picking it up somewhere down the line when it's $20, in similar vein to X-Men Origins: Wolverine (and that game was a solid game too, this one looks a lot worse).

Got it, and have finished it.

Yes it has immature humor to it but its not all tit and dick jokes. They nailed the deadpool character and I genuinely laughed throughout most of the game. However as most reviews have said the gameplays very repetitive. You have choices for land mines and bear traps etc but its much easier to just hack and slash through the game (which I did)

The games fairly easy the entire game but gets pretty damn hard toward the end which is annoying when it's compared to the rest of the game, but I enjoyed it.

The ending is kind of lame but with an attempt at humor about it, which I personally didn't like I felt pretty ripped off.

Finished it in one sitting ~2pm - 7pm. So a bit short too

Does it get harder? You can regenerate health too which seems like it would make the game pretty easy

It does get harder. Given I only played on veteran (medium difficulty)
