71 year-old New South Wales driver John Mansell was killed during the rally's first competitive stage when his Porsche ran off the road at Exton.

Oh man, hate hearing this ****. As great an event Targa is, she's collected of few victims. RIP.

She's got every right to keep collecting them. It's a voluntary event, everyone knows the consequences of their mistakes.

It's a different kettle of fish than obvious saftey issues in circuit racing.
