Trial winner had won 3 from 15 including a Mid-week Melbourne 0-72, good enough form to have a crack at a 50-1 shot in a maiden.

3. Lunation

Ran home well 1st up, up in distance and they usually improve on the 1st run. At 10-1 its my tip.

*failed* Nowra race 4, number 2. Hopefully improved on last prep

Nowra r4 - Platinum Pink EW. Crap barrier but close up in higher grade previous start despite being checked by the eventual winner mid race. Waterspell $1.60 with no other horse in single figures crazy for a second start horse who was nowhere near impressive enough to warrant these odds.
