hard to say consistent! sure we looked fantastic in the last quarter but looked slow and second to react for the better half of the first three quarters

Up until half way through the 3rd we were deplorable. Then for some reason we clicked into gear and played to our potential.

Play that way next week against Adelaide and Coll/Carl weeks after and we will get smashed.

The 4 qtr effort was their application. Richmond got lucky with freak goals and effed up decisions

The boys had great resolve and unity about them

Yeah this. We played 40 minutes of great footy and 80 minutes of lousy football. Against the team with the worst defense it was enough to make us look good. Took us way too long to click into gear.

they did seem to be pulling goals out their ar*ses at times... i always thought we were the better team but gee the first half of the 3rd quarter was horrible..... nearly turned it off!

the essendon fan umpire bashing was in full force again - im just glad voldts pep talk with the umps pre game didnt work for him...other than the holding the ball agaisnt tayte.
