to be perfectly honest HBF i would rather french out who has been in sub standard form than dropping young kennedy who hopefully should be better for the run. i now have something to look forward to on sunday. i still though don't understand how deluca is back in and saddington has held his spot.

But why drop French for DeLuca? This means that McLaren will start in the ruck, which is fair enough, and then DeLuca will give him a chop out.

I agree that Saddington should have been dropped, and we could have easily bought in Longmuir.

the only reason i can think of is that deluca played quite well against the bombers last year in round 2 and the bombers might not have a suitbale match up for him.

I would on played French instead, but I am not the coach.

French was ordinary last week, probably his worst game for a couple of seasons. He didn't look right.

For all we know, he may have a slight injury because he looked slow last week and un committed (which isn't him). 99% of the team was not committed in the second half anyways.

Quite shocked to see him out of the team likie most of us. But it was about time we dropped someone that isn't performing, but has the runs on the board.

Lappin and co. will now be on edge.
