I say no. He had a full strength team today against a weak Essendon side, and thats what they put up. In the past 3 years they have done absolutely nothing, and he has done nothing to be worthy of that salary. Get rid of him.

When you say full strength team you forget to ask how strong is that full strength team? Our list is in the situation it is due to our recruiting from 1997-2002. Various reasons such as draft concessions or simply ******** drafting in that period have meant that Pagan hasn't had an opportunity to work with the list. He has to build it from the ground up. Last year was the start of the re-building phase and I'd expect it to continue for a few more years. I have no doubt that once Pagan has drafted the players he wants we will be a much improved team.

I reckon they are just going to play out the last game and make sure they get their priorities! But he is a great coach and with a good bunch of youngsters coming through should be able to do something special with them next year!

I dont get it, you got a coach who is doing ******** all with an opposition team and you think he should be sacked? I would rather them keep their crappy coach and continue to 'rebuild' for the next decade just like I hope St Kilda never sack Thomas
Collingwood are keeping their crappy coach and president so we should follow the Collingwood model! Over-achieve by finishing runner-up in consecutive Grand Finals and then crash back to earth in the bottom 4.It's just injuries that's holding back the Pies from another Grand Final loss and another successfull profit and loss statement. :)
