What % of world population is considered to be “black” and what countries hold the highest number of “black” citizens?

Is “black” Africans, black Americans, black French, black Brazilians or just anyone with a darker skin tone than natural Scandinavians?

That sounds like complete baloney to me and probably to you also. Is there even a single shred of proof that a military weapon can target certain ‘races’ due to skin pigmentation?

From what we know throughout history after starvation then a bullet to the head is the greatest method to eradicate an entire population.
Diseases have never been as efficient to target a certain demographic without mass collateral damage and if a magic strum did actually exist where has it been used/tested convincingly enough in effect to promote its mass production on a worldwide scale?
