I didn't really think I should put this in the PC Diablo III thread, so just wanting to guage interest that people have got for Diablo III coming to PS3 or 360.

It's reviewing really well, averaging 9s everywhere, apparantly has a few cosmetic changes; no Auction House; no always online; revamped difficulty modes, among other things like loot drops, etc.The gameplay and controls also apparently work great on the controller, left stick used for movement and right stick used for dodging.

For mine, I had absolutely no interest for this, but am coming around. Haven't played Diablo 1 or 2 in ages, skipped 3 on PC, but this release is starting to look really good. Might wait til it's a bit cheaper though cos it's full retail price right now.
 
I'm definitely intrigued.

If Glenno23 wants to organise me a free copy for being a loyal customer at his Dianella store then I'll play it.

Then trade it back in for store credit when I'm finished with it.

I'm definitely jumping on. Looks like the port to controller is pretty good.

Only question is whether to wait for PS4 release. Not concerned about character transfer, more so about the graphics, if it is going to look significantly better I'll wait, but it's hard to tell from the trailers.
 
It better than the PC version, I'm very surprised to say that but it's true the gameplay is more fun and the graphics are equal to PC. Really nice playing on my 60" in 5.1 :)

Well put it this way, I'm a Diablo 1 and 2 fiend. I lost interest in D3 pretty quick. They have removed everything I didn't like and it feels more like a sequel. Strangely the combat is more enjoyable on the Xbox. Also me and my mate are play co op on local LAN and its awesome.

Think i'll wait til it hits the ps4 to get this. Was very tempted to pick it up today for the ps3 but managed to walk out with only rayman legends and a couple of preorders.
 
I bought this last week, and I love it. Graphics are awesome, especially in the cutscenes between acts (Don't expect anything less from Blizzard), gameplay is smooth, and the transition to console has worked well for the game configurations. Very, very good game.
 
Huge improvement from the PC version. Feels like a real ARPG now. Has actually become a loot hunter rather than a gold-hunting-loot-buying game.

Downloaded the demo and had a go on that for a couple of hours yesterday. (Biggest demo level ever!)

The way they've mapped the actions to the controller has been excellently done imo and the gameplay is definitely very addictive.

Think i will definitely pick it up some time in the ps4 life cycle.
