Did anyone ring Jars?

In Fridays paper Andrew Jarman stated that there was a player in Melbourne keen to return to SA and join the Crows. According to AJ its not Nick Holland.

This could be just Andrew stirring the fans, but he did say if you rang him and got it right you'll earn a lunch with Jars. If he's prepared to put his own $$ on it, I can take this rumour a bit more seriously.

Does anyone know who he is talking about? If so, is this player actually worth chasing?

Nick Holland said he is seriously considering retirement at the end of the yeat even tho he is contracted until the end of next year.

Jars is usually full of crap when it comes to rumours. In 2002 he said McLeod was in the process of signing a 5 year deal with the Crows. We all know how accurate that was.

No way wouldnt touch him would be one of the worst things the AFC could do, he is injury prone lacks form and is a hack as best the AFC shouldnt even consider him

Doubt it. He is Tasmanian and he barracked for Port as a kid so it might be doubtful.

I am sort of thinking it could be one of the former North Adelaide boys playing in melbourne. Someone like Jamar or Rivers or someone like that.
