Yeah he did. If you could call it that.
He's an enigma, Barker. to state the bleeding obvious. He bobs up in crucial matches, often at the crucial time, and then simply disappears, sometimes for weeks. The change in application from the Elimination final to the Semi last year was quite noticeable. Although if I have my info right (I'm a bit hazy on this) I think he was closely marked by Pickett, and came in for a bit of 'attention'. I thought after Geelong he was going to be the man of the finals. I have no doubt he do enough wonderful things this year to keep all of us happy.
