i put money on shaun burgoyne getting in the top 5... he came 6th but with kerr in the top 5 and him being suspended does that mean i win?

no it doesnt.. kerr still made top 5.. all it means that he cant win the brownlow if he wins

but you cant bet kerr for the top 5... so if u cant bet for him to make top 5 then he shouldnt count for being in the top 5 isnt that right?

Oh sorry they did pay out Burgoyne because u werent even allowed to bet on Kerr

Of course you do, but because three players all finished third you will probably get alot less than what you intended.

Assuming the bet you put on did not include ineligable players, i would expect that you will be paid out 1/3rd of the price on the ticket. He came =5th with 3 other players.
