Difference between testing and evaluation on an information product?

I kind of get it but I still can't get it into an actual sentence. Evaluation does come at the end while testing is halfway through the process of creating the product but i need some to actually describe the difference.

Testing - checking that the solution produces accurate and complete output

Evaluating - Establishing whether the solution meets the needs of the user after a specified period of time.
