Both similar players although Chris Cain has recieved greater accalaides to date.

Interesting question. Chris Cain played for Vic Metro side in the recent u/18 Championships, and Dixon was in Calders Metro u/16 team a few years ago, so on the strength of that, Cain must be a better player. But they are so different. Cain is a tall midfielder and Dixon is a short midfielder. Unfortunately I have not seen Chris Cain play this year but I have seen Dixon. I believe statistically St. Kevin's midfield has performed quite well this year and Dixon has been a key part of their success. My sources say Dixon is favorite for their B&F, so he must be having a good season if he is ahead of Keely, and I believe he also has a berth in the APS Rep team selection mix along with Cain.

cain would have to be a better player but dixon is not far of the pace, calder would be spewing they cut him without giving him a decent crack. The st kevin's midfeild is super strong but with cain harldy playing and dixon and keely carrying injurues which means they both can hardly train they have been lacking a bit in last qr. m murphy has also been good

Both are superb players. These two, and Keely are clearly the best players for SKC. Cain hasn't played much APS footy this year so this has opened up some opportunities for Dixon to shine, and shine he has!
