Dockers Under 23's.

Just looking at our team, I think the talent we have of players under 23 years of age is quite strong so I thought I would make an under 23 Dockers side to pass time.

B: Thornton McPharlin Haddrill
HB: McPhee Pavlich Grover
C: Woods Hasleby Siegert
HF: Cunningham Brown T.Longmuir
F: Medhurst Croad Polak
R: J.Longmuir Browne Haines

All of these players are currently 22 or under. And we have players like Simmonds, who is 23, Koops 23, Carr 23, Farmer 24 etc.

Looks quite awesome doesnt it.
With the entry of a very good young midfielder next season it seems we have the makings for a star team for the next 10 years.

The team that played melb would have been one of the least EXP teams we have put on the field since our early days.a good sign

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that Freo will be able to retain all of these players over the next 2-3 years. WIth so much improvement to come from these players, the salary cap will probably be a big issue Fremantle in the short-medium term.

Most of them are WA players and hence will never be tempted to defect for family reasons.
Which is the main reason for players leaving.
