As others have noted, he trains hard and is a good example to the younger kids.

In part, that explains why he survived this long, but he's also shown he just doesn't have that 'bit extra' to make it at AFL level, so he's surely going to be cut.

Bit of a shame, but you can't keep a depth player on purely because he has a good work ethic.

It's within our reach without him.

We were only 1 1/2 wins from it this year after all.
