Last 2 weeks Sammy has had a run with player or a tag as they
Have the rest of the coaches finally conceded we should pay the great bloke more attention on the field

IMO maybe pup runs a bit more interference for sam than we give him credit for ???

I'd love for Lewis to tell Mitchell to run his man past him to lay him out but that's probably not the smartest move on the eve of finals.

No rule that says you can't block/shepard an opposition player off of one of your own

Mitch would absolutely have to run his man to Taz because from what I seen against the dee's, Taz wasn't much running anywhere and when he was it was so slowly.

I want Sammy to go back to being the extractor that he used to be. We need some clearances and he is the best man for the job. We know he can set up play so well on the outside but at the moment he is needed more at winning first use of the ball.

Players have to fire up big time come finals, we have been in cruise control this year.... bloody oath Sammy needs some help and it better come quick or we wont be hanging around long in September otherwise...

Imagine what a difference Roughy would make to our midfield right now. :(

It hurts too much to think about how much we are missing him combined with the struggle he is going through.... :(

Needs some help now after being hung by Nathan Schmook this morning. The media largely control the tribunal results, so this is a bitter blow:

Trial by media is a phrase popular in the late 20th century and early 21st century to describe the impact of television and newspaper coverage on a person's reputation by creating a widespread perception of guilt or innocence before, or after, a verdict in a court of law.

If Sam goes, they both should go. Watts got the first hit in. Sam retaliated.

Do I even need to ask why Schmook decided to ignore the fact that Watts was ****ign around with Mitch's face first? The video is right there but that clown's recap only tells half of the story...
edit: Dropping the ball when tackled now = not ever having the ball, according to this shit. And this guy gets paid by the AFL, no wonder we reach for tinfoil hats all the time.

Someone noted on BigFooty that that Howe has run a lot of blocks for Mitchell. If true, it will be another positive for him as he seeks to get a spot. We lack threat when Mitch is kept away from the ball.
