sacrificed my saturday night to observe our nxt week opposition the lovely collingwood who ever so generously donate their 4 points to us every time we play, and then roll over asking us rugged carlton supporters to abuse them, fully knowing they can;t form a sentance to insult us back

anyhoo waatching the hawks game, mcglynn is annoying the shit out of didak, and this is affecting his performance, and didak the charming gangster is in great form. Now either bring in Robinson or leave Joseph in the team (against suggestions of people wanting him to be dropped)

we need a player to annoy and frustrate collingwood at all costs, its the carlton spirit to get under their skin. This isnt the game for someone like stevens who doesnt bleed the jumper. This is the game for sentanta who bleeds passion. I want 22 players to commit to the jumper and just get to collingwood.

Hopefully Jose can just fustrate didak, or thomas, or swan whoever and get under their skin

to me, this is one of the many winning formula's in beating the colliwobles!

Dont worry about AJ he wont be dropped.
Players dont get picked on the stats they get
They get picked on the job they do
Again today AJ done a job(he beat his opponent easily)
Example is Stevo/Scotland they both can get 20 possies easy but do they do the team things?AJ does...

Good post. AJ is safe, did his job today, and rarely disappoints. Easily our best first year player. AJ has the pace to go with didak, and dare I say it a bigger engine.

I just hope Ratts was at the game tonight and watch it, got the tape and will make AJ watch it all week...one assignment AJ, stand next to Didak, run on his left side, stand on his foot, tell him you'll give him a lift home so long as he promises not to run fromt he car, and tell him Daicos is a much better footballer, watch the spaz go nuts....can't wait, i expect the idiot Maxwell to try and be tough on AJ...will be funny to watch i reckon.

only came on to see who 'Jose' is.
carry on

This is Jose

I was one who wanted him dropped before the Swans game.

Not due to form, or that he had failed somehow, just that he looked tired vs Freo and Tiges, and lowered his colours to guys he would normall smash.

He was O.K. vs Swans, but I would like him to have been fresh for this week.

He will need to take Didak or Davis. Hopefully the MC then listen to me and give him a spell for the Roos game, to freshen him up for another tilt at Gazza, and give him some legs for the run to the finals. :thumbsu:

He is the only first year player not to have had a rest. It is likely he will blow up at some point. I don't want that to be in the first final.

Lets give him a little breather now and get him back in the hunt.

The three players we have to stop are didak, swann and davis. They give them great drive through the middle. As both Didak and Davis have been given more time in the middle this year by MICK. But they can be very dangerous up forward as well. Hawthorn won bc they negated the influence of Didak and SWAN especially after half time. I agree that AJ is a first year player and maybe getting a bit tired? BUT what other options do we have? I am talking as purely stopper role? Any suggestions?

We are cloning AJ as we speak, so he will be playing on all three
