Anyone seen this movie, on the downfall of Hitler and the Nazis. Probably the best movie i've ever seen. Is an extremely powerful movie and shows Hitler up for the maniac he was. I saw it in a near full theatre and I can honestly say basically noone moved for the whole duration of the movie.

Yeah, an impressive flick.

Bruno Ganz gives one of the most riveting performances I have witnessed as Adolf and the supporting cast were a fine ensemble. The film treads some awkward ground admirably in that it manages to humanise Hitler (and his cronies) without the audience actually feeling any sympathy for them. If anything, such a ploy (showing that Hitler did have some 'nice' traits) made him all the more horrifying, for here he is no cartoon villain.

Also, kudos to the director for telling the story in such a matter-of-fact manner, maing it all the more compelling.

An excellent film, well worth the cost of a trip to the cinema.
