(I'm not English btw, I just like weird stuff!)

I've had them for about 4.5 yrs now, bought them @ Scoff.
They go well with my Union Jack Mooks shirt! :D
And my sister has blue docs

imho, it is the definition of "not-punk" to worry about what brand of shoes to wear. But, if you're wearing a punk costume, I guess you want to get some authenticity in your gear, so Chuck Taylors might go ok, Docs would match, (but they're bloody expensive for your purposes,) and ahhh, dunlop kt-26's would probly be too much of a "statement" if you wore them.

Basically yeah. If you're worried whether Docs are fashionable or not, you shouldn't be wearing them.

Scored a second pair of boots that had never been worn for $50, a friend bought them in England only to realise they were too small when she got back. :)

I seem to recall that only Skins and Rude boys wore Docs in the late 70's.

Early 80s a bit as well. I remember when we were kids, there were a few places where you wouldn't be allowed in if you were wearing Docs :)
