Then we select draft picks on how the team went this year.

And so on and so fourth. Then next year. The ranking points from the Herald Sun or whatever for the player we add together and we have like a fixture that each team plays. We can decide whether to change the teams names or not. We get 40 and choose 22 players with 3 emergencies. You can change them each week but we'll get to that when it happens!

Remember your first pick is your captain, it can be anyone in the AFL but beware a captain could be taken by another team the next round. You can rename your team once you have all the players.

I'm just a little confused at the moment regarding the drafting....

Do we:
1) Just name who we want with out selections????...Isn't that a bit tough though because people may choose the players you want with their higher picks....like how does/if any gurantee you get the player/s you want with your pick.....

Coz like people could come on...read the order.....then wait till many/everyone else has chosen who they want and then try and get those players before the other clubs do...

For example... I have pick 23......St.K want Riewoldt at 31...but i wasn't Initially planning on taking Riewoldt at 23, hoping he'd slip through (i know Nick is not the best example here)......anyway......now the i have seen St.k interest with Nick at 31....i decide to go for him with my pick 23 knowing he'd be gone at my next pick 39.........NOW B4 ANYONE JUMPS IN IT DOESN'T TAKE A GENIEUS TO KNOW Riewoldt WILL BE GONE BEOFORE MY PICK....but thats not my point....!


What about...suggestion...goind the way some others in their games have gone and we just come on and one by one selct who we want....as if it were a draft.......?? I know that the process would take a very long time...

The way of drafting is whoever has the highest pick so if you want Riewoldt at Pick 23 than unless a higher pick chooses him then you get him, OK. So I'll put him down for you!

If we did it pick by pick then some teams might not turn up at the right time, at least this way if teams don't turn up we've done a few.
