I have been recently reseraching Ed Clarke and i think he is a player we definatly need a strong inside player that is a clearance king 2nd or 3rd please recruiters seriously consider him as he is a NSW born and bred boy eg Lenny Hayes dont ignore another home grown again

Take Ed Clarke and James Podsiadly (see thread) with two of our picks, then another younger KPP with promise.

31. Jarred Moore
47. David Spriggs
61. Heath James back at the club.

General thoughts? It is a fairly reasonable bunch there. Midfield stocks could be strengthened there.

Heath James is %^@#$*&#&^$)#& dog &*()#%&)(*#%& so angry about him being redrafted has not shown anything what happend to Pods im fuming

I'm quite happy because we picked the players we need. We got 2 midfielders James a defender. We definitely didnt need a midfielder.

I,ve known Mooree all his life, watched all junior footy at Langwarrin etc.He has three brothers coming through. They are all good.Don't be surprised if Mooree walks straight into the Swans team.He has a very mature body. Also is a top cricketer..had to choose.Lucky for Swans he chose footy

Smasher,

Jarred is the middle child of 3 boys.

Older brother (EWOK) is a cricketer

Knowing him all his life you probably should have known that.

Very good pick up for the Swans and will surely slot straight into senior football.

Put money on him for Rising Star Award.

He wont slot in straight away, big body or not.

Under Roos, only Meiklejohn made his debut in his first season on a senior list and he didn't even get drafted. Moore will only play IF we get hit really hard by injuries. Thats the club policy.

Stingrays Best and fairest results
Tuesday 12 October 2004
Moore wins Stingrays best and fairest

Stingrays captain, All Australian Under 18, Vic Metro Under 18 Vice captain, 5th in the TAC Cup Morrish medal, Vic Metro Under 18 best and fairest; add to that Dandenong Stingrays 2004 best and fairest and you have Jarred Moore’s list of achievements for season 2004.

Centreman Jarred Moore has been awarded with the Stingrays Best and fairest with a winning vote tally of 138 votes from 16 games. The score of 138 overtakes the previous highest total set by current Richmond on-baller Chris Newman who polled 130 votes in 18 games when he won the Stingrays best and fairest in 2000.

Moore’s individual statistics make impressive reading. He averaged 28 possessions, 5 marks, 6 tackles and 13 one percenters per game and when resting forward kicked 14 goals for the year. Moore voted in every game except one and led the club in kicks, handballs, tackles and one percenters, and was second in marks and handballs received. His leadership on and off the field saw him also awarded the Dandenong Redlegs perpetual trophy for best club man, presented on the night by Redlegs club stalwart Phil Partington. Coach Graeme Yeats was full of praise for Moore. He said “If ever you want to see a perfect example of a player who prepares well for every session and every game and shows impeccable leadership in all aspects of club life then you need to look no further than Jarred Moore. He thoroughly deserves all accolades coming to him.”

If this kid doesn't play senior footy next season then Paul Roos is an idiot!

Jarred Moore is an absolute gun

I have watched most of his games this year...he is a very quick, in and under player...He also has great leaderships skills

Anyone know anything about Greg Williams sons? I think they are eligable soon. Unless carlton get in first.
