its really incredible how bad our recruiting has been over the last 10 plus years. how many times have we really succeeded apart from our number 1 or 2 picks. with picks like chris yarran, kane lucas,jordan russel,matthew watson etc etc etc, how are these guys still in a job. Any chance we can change this with our new recruiting appointment because if we dont get this right over the next few years we will be in deep deep trouble.
