And why not Ebay?
I'm a big DC collector, and I've found heaps of stuff new on Ebay. Some US sellers have MANY (new) games VERY CHEAP, so if you buy a few off one guy, you save on shipping and get quite a few games for not much money.
Also, I only ever buy stuff that is new. Very rarely 2nd hand, unless it's something extremely rare that I just have to own.
I've never had a problem on Ebay. As long as you check the sellers' feedback closely (I try to buy off 'power sellers' with excellent feedback if possible) then you shouldn't have a problem.
I usually just search for "Dreamcast new" and see what pops up.

yea well i donno about eb. I would only pay by money order but im unsure how it works and like i just need to know key stuff like what if i buy it but it doesnt work orr stuff like that

Well, if you buy it NEW, then I'd say there's a fair chance it will "work."
If not, and the auction stated it was "new", then you can take it up with Ebay.
But I've never had a problem buying "new" stuff (or 2nd-hand in fact) and I buy lots of things on Ebay.
