Heard woosha say hed love for him to carry on next season and I thought he played well on Satruday. Hes done really well after coming back from his knee injury in round 1 which many thought might have ended it. Just wondering whether you guys thought he should carry on next season and if he did whether hed be able to hold down a spot in the 18. IMO I think we need more experience so I want to see Banners out there for one more season (hopefully get another Premiership Medalion ;) ). So what are your thoughts?

The team has been solid since he's come back. A real champion, playing good footy.

I hope he plays for as long as possible.

I think it's too premature for him to retire. He may be a link to the glory days of 94, but people write him off as part of another era rather than his form. He has played 10 years, been a rock at the club and his experience is needed for the team. I really can't see why he can't play for another 2 years max.

i too thought it was the end of him after that knee injury.

Struggled a bit over the past couple of seasons with age catching up, and his role in the team decreasing seemingly week by week.

But since coming back from injury, he has been in sparkling form. So much so i reckon he's probably been in our best 3 or 4 players over the final 2 months of our season.
