Drop Simmonds

Totally agree

Totally agree. Simmo is good at the ruck contests but is hopeless around the ground. Once the ball goes to ground he is gone. He is no good up forward either. Jolly looks a much better prospect.

Simmonds does struggle a bit, but he is very important in the ruck and there is no way Jolly can replace him because Snake is a great ruckman.
He might be a bit scrapy on ground level but he is tall and he puts in 100% and sometimes thats enough.
Besides if Gerge is allowed to play why shouldn't Simmonds be allowed?

GO DEES! :)

or, thats pretty funny!
i agree, he does give 100%, however he doesn't take a clean mark too ofen (SP?). if any one should be dropped, it's grgic!

GO DEES!!!

Well Simmonds got injured early in the game (thanks to Robbo's attempt to mark a ball and landing on his shoulder.... smart one  ) but he came back to play and rucked very well.
Seeing Jolly play in the VFL side yesterday i wasn't too impressed. Sure he was good early in the year but he is still developing. He wasn't even meant to play any senior games but Breese got injured.... (i know mish it's horrible :(), he needs more time to develope.
Ok so Simmonds is not the greatest cleanest player but neither are the two Spiders (from North and Saints) and they still ruck and keep their position in the side. Having Whitey is a bonus because he can do both rucking and ground level work, but only the best ruckmans can do that and giving Simmonds time to develope will prove worth while.

GO DEES! :)

From what I have seen Jolly still looks a better prospect. Better around the ground which is important. Simmonds is no good around the ground. I remmember yesterday he dropped an easy mark in front of the interchange bench which costs us dearly.
