About the only good thing to come from another forgettable game is that this kid in the No 10 is looking more like a senior player each week. Lets hope he can put on some weight between seasons and this time next year can really start making a stamp on the game... Like what I see so far:thumbsu:

dont care about the weights and all that shit....just needs to keep doing what he is doing and the rest is automatic for a proffesional athlete.;)

not quite so simply cogg, will never go anywhere fast if our best players are all as big as Tom Thumb:confused:

if he can evade and do damage now, he can only get better at doing it as he matures. He needs to do what he is doing, the muscle and stuff will evolve over the stretch and it has to eveolve. Seen to many go bang with the muscle and their careers go bang, after they lose what they had because of it, agility.
Lets not **** this up, like we and only we are always able to do, because we want a kid that is showing the gift, to come out after one year and take the footy world by storm, because we are so starved of that kind of player.
This kid gets it, its an 80% chance that somthing is gunna happen on the scoreboard that increases our score, either directly from him or from the next in line after him. Like it used to be hope it happens when he debuted, but now its...it just happens, like thank god its in his hands stuff.
We have a good one. ;)

Edwards is a very good find...:thumbsu:

I thought King was very good in the first quarter and single-handedly lifted us several times...reminds me of a bantam rooster who simply doesn't know he's fighting a few divisions above his weight. Both these boys will improve much further with another couple of pre-seasons under their belt.

Thursfield was ok - very tough gig and a reflection on our total lack of fast mid-sized defenders that he spent significant time on Franklin.

I also thought Schulz displayed a much improved desire to work hard today. A couple of lapses of discipline and shonky passing, but he was certainly among our better players in terms of what we'd expect from each player going into the match. Let's hope he maintains that work rate.

Edwards is good, and so is King.

I thought Thursfield was good under the circumstances. Had a great first half, but when our midfield collapsed, it was just too much.

I think he would got it over Franklin if we hadnt crumbled in the 2nd half

they said that on the telly yesterday, bigpapagman also said it somewhere a while ago so i agree.

great goal he kicked, showing how ever it was the ball and banging home a beautiful goal...
