For someone so successful at business, Paul Little is an incredibly poor public speaker.

Have heard him speak to a room without notes or cameras and he's good.

Obviously in this job he's had more attention than the prime minister. Is very careful

What leadership? Seems like the culture at EFC is far too conservative and inward looking to bring success. While I loath to bring up the Hawks, it isn't a coincidence that they actively encourage learning and innovation and are one of the most successful clubs in recent memory.
