Nathan Brown is one of those dropkick losers who if he wasnt playing football would be taking my order at McDonalds. No sorry scratch that, he wouldnt even make the order taking, he'd be relegated to toilet scrubbing and clearing off the tables. The guy is a real no-brain boofhead, and i'll never forget him spitting on a kid that time he came to the WACA. He shouldve been lined up against a wall and spat on by people with severe head colds for such a disgusting display. As for his taunting and flipping the crowd off well who had the last laugh there? He should make the most of his football career now in a team on the decline and pray he doesnt succumb to serious injury, because after football he'll have not a thing going for him.

I am amused that not one of you lot have mentioned the fact that Phil Matera should have fronted the tribunal for his elbow on Lockyer last weekend, and as Gary Lyon said on the Footy Show last night, he should have got four weeks, hang on do you have television over there yet? Fredo, i`d love to have a drink with you after the game, which i would have suggested you bring a few of these NUFS with you for support, but i dont think you lot would get into the corporate area. I just love going to WA and will be interested to see if the fence is finished around the place to keep you lot in.

Well, if Garry (for it is spelt thus) Lyon says it is true, then it must be true. After all, this is the same Garry Lyon who said that Troy Wilson shouldn't be playing AFL and that Daniel Kerr shouldn't win the Rising Star. His knowledge of WA football is as small as his historic dislike of the Eagles over 15 years is large. And he writes children's books. He once said Rod Grinter was a fair player.

That was my point.

Lyon wrote an article in the Victorian press to justify the non-winning by our WA boy. Caused a stir at the time. Not that I'm criticising the St Kilda winner. Just pointing out that Garry Lyon is anti-Eagles, pro-Victorian and has been for a long time. I could have picked many other Eagles/Melbourne spats - Viney/Lewis for instance.

No worries. I wasn't sure which way to construe it.

I remember getting into some Sainters last year because they thought their boy was hard done by missing out on the best first year player award, and they wouldn't hear of the fact that there was a lad out west playing some pretty good football.

For the record Matera should have gone for a holiday. I would have said the same if it was Peter Bell.

Wow, just because Gary Lyon is on TV, does that mean we have to listen and agree with everything he says? Just because he played the game, it doesn't mean he's an expert about the game, in fact I doubt he was probably even at the ground. The tribunal has reached it's verdict - leave it at that, respect their decision and get on with it.

I just love going to WA and will be interested to see if the fence is finished around the place to keep you lot in.

At least we can play at our home ground. Shame that the dogs aren't still playing at the Western... Whitten Oval these days. Subiaco Oval can hold double what the Whitten Oval can hold, plus the facilities and club rooms are equal to the best in Australia.
