Hey guys and gals. Im at work with my college and we are discussing the penalty rate cuts the pm will want to bring in.

Are they proposing cutting Sunday rates only or all rates? From midnight onwards and Saturday rates?

Its Sundays only to be changed to the same rates as Saturdays so it equates to bugger all and its Fair Work Commision decision as to whether it happens. Lib's say they will follow the decision of FWC, Labor says they will attempt to fight the decision if the commision rules to change it. FWC's decision is not made until after the election.
