If I wanted to trade in a game that EB sell for $50 (in good condition), how much would EB offer for it?

You'd be lucky to get $20.

They give me $40-45 for a title they are selling for $80.

That's not too bad... I usually go to EB Games or Video Games Heaven down at Knox to trade in my games and get about $30-$40 depending on the title.
