Eligibility?

Just wondering if im eligible for anything -
18, was in year 12 at the start of the year ended up quitting due to personal circumstances plan on finishing next year.
Worked for about 2-3months earlier in the year (April-july)
wondering if im entitled to any payment? im Dependent
