Email providers

I've bloody had enough with Hotmail and all the junk mail I receive so I want to switch to another internet email provider. Problem is, I don't know of any good ones that don't have to put up with huge amounts of spamming.

Anyone know of any good ones?

I dropped hotmail at least 2 years ago and would never use it again, nor the stupid M$ Pa$$port

I still use hotmail, because I use MSN and it tells me when I have new emails etc. which I think is very good... plus I dont wanna change email providers now after so long.

I've never had any spam-related problems when it comes to Netscape's e-mail (go to www.netscape.com), and I've had it for close to four years.

I use it for all of my work-related stuff... never lets me down.

Lycos is another good one, but lately, I've been receiving as much spam mail on a par with Hotmail... so be warned.

same with me... im pretty sick of all the crap im sent, but seeing as i got msn and ive had the same email for ages, i think itd be too much to change.

Plus you can have an aus address and your own portal.

Yahoo is good. It also has a spam filter

I have a hotmail one. But I only use that for MSN. I get like 10 spam emails AT LEAST a day, so I clear it out every couple of weeks...

I dont really check it though ...

I still use Hotmail. The amount of junk mail I get is ridiculous, but I just put my filter on exclusive and all the email I actually want to receive go in my inbox. Problem solved. Every day I have to empty my junk mail, as I get about 20 junk emails a day. Occassionally proper email will go into my junk mail, but coz I go through it that's not a problem. I just put any subscriptions etc on my safe list, and then everything else not on that and in my address book is put in my junk mail.
