that was one of the worst games of footy ive seen collingwood play.im lost for words after that last quarter.

rocca-terrible
o'bree- not sighted
waklin-nothing
didak-nothing
cloke-nothing
tarrant-under done
lonie-wasteful
holland-needs to concentrate on the football
wowoedin-not accountable
cole-did he play???

good efforts by young swan i guess, thats the only positive i can find

absolutely disgraceful.no excuses for this loss

First time on the boards, but I have to agree. Collingwood were pathetic. We showed some good signs, then threw it all away.

How did my favourite two clowns go today....Grease Shaw and that Cloke bloke? I still have a chuckle every time I remember Grease from last years GF... As much as I enjoy defeating you guys in GFs, I don't think you'll be there this year...pity really as each year I figure we can beat you by a bit more...Season over Joffa...

Shaw is playing for Williamstown tomorrow, Cloke did alright in the first half. I don't think he played the rest of the game.
He did but not too well. I wouldn't give Vossman the time of day. I bet he has been a Brisbane supporter about as long as he has been a member of this board.

that was very disappointing and very crap

hopefully something changes soon, i dont know what it will be though

I don't think you'd be there either ... so grow up.

Ive cooled down a tad after my intial post, but there are a couple issues at hand to be looked at.

1.the last quarter-if you are 27 points up and you can feel that the opposition is gaining momentum, isnt it logical to throw a spare defender down back to try and slow the game down.the ease of fevola taking uncontested marks on a lead was a worrying sign.

2.if rocca isnt getting his hands on it-(which is becoming a regular occurance these days)play him at CHB for a spell.his physical presence and booming kick would be a great asset coming out of defence.Make the opposition coach do some changes. Our foward line is getting a bit predictable.

3.the bench-what is the use of having one if your not going to rotate it and give the young guys a chance to do something?

4.After goal celebrations-is it nessecary to celebrate to the crowd after every goal we kick, like we won the soccer world cup?its cool to do it if we are in the top 4 and are winning by 10 goals but its stupid when we are rock bottom and are struggling to shake off the worst team of the last 2 years.i noticed it during the freo game when we were 4 goals down and now its become a habit.kick the goal, pat your teammate on the back, then run back and concentrate on the centre ball-up

still a embarassing and pathetic effort.

Shaw didn't play.
Shows what you know about football. Typical amount of knowledge from a Lions fan.

I was at the Game Yesterday. Bloody Hell.

J Cloke was good in the First Quarter back to hsi usual courageous self. He dropped of in the second quarter but was still ok. His second ahlf was woeful, and thats because he didn't get a chance. He played forward a bit in the 3rd and looked alright but you could tell he is not a great Kick.

Why Have King in The Team if you ain't gonna play him? Malthouse has been ****house in rotations this year.

Swan has been my favourite plaeyr for a while and his poise and vision with the ball proved once again why. Best game for teh club by him.

Holland as Said needs to worry about the game more. Thats his only downfall.

Kinnear was his usual Average self.

Cole didn't get a Go. I saw him for ten mins the whoel match n thats about it.

And what happened to O'Bree?

I may be on my own here, but I thought Brodie was great - wen't in hard and beat his opponent. Only problem was he wasn't too attacking, but big deal.

Swan improved yet again, though of course he probably won't get the nod for rising star nomination once again...

Not too many good players really, only Swan, Holland, Leon....that's about it.

WOEWODIN IS A F**KING DISGRACE

Have to get rid of him - weak, gutless show-pony.

Woewodin can't be dropped. He has been consistently finding the ball since Mike Sheahan's column after Round 4.

He just hasn't reached the expectations that EVERYONE expected of him in the football world.

Wasn't his worst game yesterday, I still think he will improve though.

true that - it was one of his best, some people have no idea what they are talking about on these boards.

I’ve been a Collingwood supporter all my life but that was the worst game I have ever seen Collingwood play (I have probably seen worse but blocked them out) but they played like cr@p and Holland should learn to do his job and get the ball instead of the petty behaviour he showed

I thought Dutchy was quite good - he beat Campo and won 18 touches for himself. He looses his cool too easilly, but as I said he does his job on his opponent more often than not, so I'm quite happy with him.

One of the rare magpies who put their body in all day, everyday, every week.

Probably best and fairest at the moment is dutchy along with ever reliable James Clement and Benny Johnson.

I'd like to think I know quite a bit about football as my father watched Fitzroy defeat Collingwood in the 1922 Grand Final, and he taught me everything I know.

I now have the pleasure of watching one of my grandsons play AFL.

So again I'd like to think I know something about this great game of ours

Collingwood for the wooden spoon

Pffftt.
Takeover not a merger.

Fitzroy is as dead as diligent.

Now, **** off.

My father was pretty hand but I can't change a light bulb unless someone rotates the room for me.
