Well,I just can't wait to see the feeble excuses for the equally feeble display we were graced with at "the dome" today.

I suggest our 8 and 39 Mastermind Rhode, abandons training this week and takes those abject skunks around to workplaces in the western suburbs, and shows them what life is like after football.

Show them the thousands of poor souls who work in factories for 4 or $500 per week, and manage to scrape together the money to buy a season ticket every year. The same people who would find themselves at centrelink before they could blink, if they turned in the same sort of substandard performances their footballers do.

To think, those same footballers have the gaull to ask their supporters to contribute to their end of the season trip fund.

just heard on the radio that he put it down to inexperience, was that the same excuse for this fixture last year?

did anyone notice that at the 3 Quarter time huddle when the players broke up into the forwards/midfield/backs groups that gilbee was in the forwards group but lined up in the back pocket.

Strange that.

Funny that....

I also noted that Barry Prendergast ran like hell to the rooms to escape the scene of the crime...No way was he going be anywhere near Rohde.....

No wonder he had a confused look on his face. Or is that just normal?

Yes it was. It hurts so much now. The years of being a losing side are not the easiest to handle. We do need change, I just can't see what - without doing something we can't afford to do. Sacking the coach would cost us. Do we hang tough and wait to see what happens? Do we need a new board? Who would want to lead this pathetic team at the moment? What can we do? The one thing I am going to continue to do is buy my membership and keep going to the games. Not fun. Not easy. But....

Well maybe it costs a fair bit to fix up the mistakes and get things done properly... Remember that avoiding costs has cost us more more.

Guess we can do a Richmond to get rid of the coach, and do a richmond to say that there needs to be a policy change

How about we dont? Not turn up, a silent protest of sorts untill Peter Rhode is gone and someone with a clue replaces him.....................................................................................................................
Or all bulldogs supporters on mass rally and picket smorgans office in South Melbourne and demand that he leave and takes the coach he backs so strongly with him................................................................................................................................
How about this one for thoses that want to go to the games for whatever reason other than self tourture turn your back on the game dont cheer dont support its not like it matters.

Something has to be done and sitting on their backsides and blame inexperiance isnt gunna cut it anymore especillay when in the press confress the words"time to play some of the younger players" is uttered

it was because they moved him to the forwards. At the start of the 4th quarter we had a backline forwardline, consisting of morgan, gilbee, harrison, robbins, and smith i think.

sorry memory is a little hazy, but i certainly remember at a change that occured, as i was down at that end and was wondering what f%^& rohde was doing. Obviously clutching at straws.
