This in no way takes away from the senior services you applied in pre-season 2015, representing our great club. You too, are now Essendon representatives and though no games will be recorded on any stats sheets or tallys... you're now accepted as players of our great club.

Well said, 84859300. Without them we wouldn't have had a side to put out. Yes, it's only NAB but that would have been a damned shame.

Some of those guys, of course, will stay at the club in the VFL regardless.

Hopefully we won't require their services next month, but that's certainly not an indictment on them. Without all of their individual and combined efforts we more than likely wouldn't have been able to field a side this pre-season, so I suppose a simple thank you doesn't really seem to convey the gratitude. They've all given it their utmost, some have even done their chances of reigniting their careers absolutely no harm, and I wish them the best of luck.

Pretty sure they're all signed to other clubs. I know that Brown and Jones are at Sandringham, Magner's at Port Melbourne, Clisby and Petrenko are in the SANFL and Sam Michael is playing NEAFL IIRC (although could be wrong).
