I know there has been alot of talk about our new Draftees and what is building as a great season ahead. After reading the Artcile in the Herlad Sun today.

I am pretty damn excited about The Prospect of A forward line with Lloyd, Lucas, Hird, Johns, Lovett, Monfries and the resting ruckman.. I Know there has been talk about Johns in the past but a full preseason under his belt the likelihood of a stellar year is beckoning.. Lets hope that he and the other players can stay healthy and improve this great club of ours.. And by the way he speaks in this article he is pretty switched on and has a pretty good attitude towards his footy.. Come on Johnsy..

He's friggin massive now, and his self confidence won't hurt one iota imo. Hopefully they work well together and keep themselves fit, can't wait to see teams' 3rd defender take him, or see what happens if a team struggles to have a decent 3rd tall.

I'd like to see Kep play a lot of wing drifting forward, would create even more matchup problems

Yup thats where Kep is best... Give Gumbleton a few games during the season as well.
Johns would get the 4th best defender if Hird is in the forward line...

Good stuff Longy. Johns and Hird will be hard to match-up on as long as everyone is fit, I like how self-confident he is couple with his aggression hopefully he can continue to make do on that potential he has
