Clearly the ALFW program must have been running independently from other departments within the club, because you don’t get decisions being made and recommendations being accepted if things were working and there was proper independent scrutiny.

Again, I return to Brendon and I genuinely believe he didn’t have his eye on the ball for the last 2 years at Richmond.

I remember when Martin Padula was challenging Simon Crean for the seat of Hotham, his name in the office was “Sir Lunch A Lot”. I didn’t matter that he was getting a hefty salary as the State Secretary, his head had been turned and he had lost the passion for the job.

Plus there are multiple clubs well ahead of us in search of a new coach so we'll be picking from the dregs.

Absolutely was the right decision. Grace Egan was crook and we get it impacted her season.

But she’s one dimensional
Inside mid: she’s big, but holds back, doesn’t impact contest enough.
Outside mid: not quick enough, disposal lacking.

We need elite talent and she is depth talent

So we got outsiders to do a review only to tell us what we already knew, that the trouble was Sheehan and Fergo unreal. Now the idiots running the program have to pay a year's wages for nothing.

Congratulations to Brad Lloyd for his review and associated recommendations, as well as Shane Dunne for acting on them. I was cynical about the appointment of Lloyd and have to admit that I got it wrong. I’ll continue to throw peanuts from the gallery and voice my opinion like the town-crier, but thankfully I’m not in the inner sanctum. So happy with this outcome, the next step is getting the new appointments right and then chasing down North Melbourne & Hawthorn.

TBH F...g stoked that Fergo ($120k) and Sheehan both sacked. Great move by Dunne.I think coaches get half a years pay if sacked. Breach the salary cap for a year. if necessary and get best available.

Can't agree with that at all. Has her faults which we know but she is a lot better than a park footballer. That's just being disrespectful.

As you know I've held the view throughout the season that what we get from Egan is insufficient. I agree that she is way better than a park footballer, as evidenced by Adelaide taking her on immediately. She has ball-getting abilities, I think, from hard places at stoppages, but after that, it's mostly soft places. We'll miss her contested side, but that's about all. How we replace that will be interesting to see.

I think we may need a coach who has coached against us, at least in the short term. Would love a model of a highly regarded up-and-comer, with an experienced coach like Clarke, for a two-year contract to set that person up.

Personally can't see it but strange things can happen.

Not sure Chris has the pedigree at this level to get the main gig. Excellent background at local level but with Hunter and now Ferg both fails I'm not sure we will take the same punt again.

Plan was always early December to be finalized results released just after the draft

Don't expect to much change as timing of it does not allow for it ...we will see a few changes in the fitness group but rest will mainly stay the same

Emma Grant is only coaching change which will see tam luke take her spot

I don't...nor have I ever said I have inside knowledge

But I did say review was completed then 24 hours later it was revealed and guess what no big changes we all new Ferguson and Kate were gone what other changes are there that have not been known for months
