I we didn't **** it up royally and won the 2017 flag that would've been one for the ages. Assistant coach dies of cancer, head coach gets murdered, best player in the league (and many others) leave, if somehow we pulled it together and got over the line it would've been massive. But yeah, you campaigners know what happened next, and here we are.
As for ones that actually happened:
Michael Bevan's last ball 4 in 1996(ish). Dude carried the whole nation on his shoulders that night.
Travis Head's NYE ton and match winning 6 on the same ball a few years back.
Not as special because everyone was doing it but Adelaide's 5 goals in 5 minutes or so against North Melbourne that culminated in the Petrenko soccer goal.
