anything Cena does, god do I hate him, he just isnt believable, and really just can't wrestle, my main gripe with him is his STFU..which is one of the worst ive seen, he doesnt even grab the head and pull back which is where the pain should be coming from..hell even ian rotten can do it better

If you're talking about what would work in a real life situation, then 99% of wrestling moves look fake.

But if I had to nominate a move or 2 off the top of my head, I'd say the Canadian Destroyer and the Play of the Day/Overdrive.

i was watching an old wcw match and he slapped sting soo hard a few times his chest was purple by the end of the match
